Initial consultation
The first step is an initial consultation to fully understand your property requirements in terms of location, budget and style.

We will create a bespoke strategy focussing on your desired locations before carrying out a targeted search for both on and off-market properties.
Sourcing & shortlisting properties
We will use our considerable network to source all suitable properties within your desired locations and to draw up a shortlist for your approval.

​We understand that your time is precious and therefore we do the legwork, ensuring that you are only shown properties that we feel certain will meet your requirements.
Negotiation
Once you have chosen a suitable property from our shortlist, Blackman Investments, with our many
years' experience, expertise and market knowledge, will undertake the negotiations on your behalf.

​We will use our skills to secure your property at the best possible price.
Due diligence
From the moment an offer on your property has been accepted, Blackman Investments will instruct the relevant professionals on your behalf to deal with all due diligence issues that arise before the exchange of contracts.

We liaise closely with your solicitor and surveyor, who will alert you to any property title or building issues. We support you throughout this process and can also if required, introduce you to appropriate mortgage brokers to assist you with obtaining a mortgage.

Your appointed professionals will ensure that all property issues are addressed and appropriately dealt with.
Exchange/completion
The final phase is to exchange contracts and ensure a completion date to suit your specific timescales, usually one month thereafter.

We accompany you throughout the entire process.

​We can also provide an entire "ready to move in" package as an additional service and an ongoing management service.
