Residential Sales
We offer assistance to clients who wish to sell their properties. Our service includes handling the entire process, from discussions on pricing to helping with property sales forms and everything required until completion.
We visit the property and suggest ways to make it look more appealing to buyers. This may involve some minor adjustments like adding flowers and candles, or a complete property staging with furniture and artwork.
The increase in the property's price achieved after staging is very significant.
Post-Completion Service
Many of our clients live abroad and/or travel frequently and therefore cannot be in London when completion takes place to collect the keys, set up the utilities, the internet etc. All of this can be extremely time-consuming and stressful, particularly for overseas clients unfamiliar with the process in the UK.

Residential Lettings
We act for clients wishing to rent a high-end property in London. This is a challenging market with great demand for quality properties. We act on your behalf to source a property that meets your requirements. We also assist you with understanding the terms of the Tenancy Agreement, which we ensure is thoroughly reviewed by a lawyer. We can also arrange for the property to be entirely furnished and all homeware to be installed so that everything is ready for you upon arrival.
